Adult Development

The Adult Development Program (ADP) is entirely community-based, using person-centered planning to develop employment and other life skills for the persons served.

Pathways to Employment

Our “Pathways to Employment” component helps our persons served find and keep employment and volunteer positions in the community. Persons served are supported by job coaches 100% of the time, both at work and during leisure activities.

Job sites for persons served include restaurants, golf courses, retirement communities, retail establishments, pet hotels, grocery stores, gyms, and recreation facilities.

Community Integration

These experiences are designed to build social connections, promote independence, and strengthen safety awareness in real-world settings. Whether exploring local parks, visiting libraries, or participating in volunteer opportunities, participants develop essential life skills while enjoying inclusive, enriching experiences.
