Healthy Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

     For one pancake:

            1 banana

            1 egg

     For two pancakes:

            2 bananas

            2 eggs

     For four pancakes:

            4 bananas

            8 eggs

Instructions:

  • Mash up bananas in a bowl
  • Whisk eggs and add to banana paste
  • Fry gently in a pan on low-medium heat with a little heated oil or butter

Enjoy with your favorite topping.

Prep time: 3 minutes

Cook time: 7 minutes
